Any drink that is carbonated is as bad for your teeth as smoking weed or taking cocaine. It's been scientifically proved. I try to only drink fizzy drinks just before some kind of major exercise test. It gives me more sugar to burn. Also, fizzy drinks contain chemicals which make it much easier for lactic acid to build up in your body, generally making any form of exercise a total hellrun. I enjoy fizzy drinks too, but due to it's consequences I really try to cut down on it. Instead I drink energy drinks or ribena or hot chocolate! And tea. Love tea.
