If you like smooth jazz, then try Sade or Diana Krall. Those are the timeless classics. If you like something little more contemporary, then try Michael Buble, Norah Jones, or Renee Olstead. Personally, I'm much more partial to Norah Jones.

Try some of Michael Bublé's slower stuff, it always calms me down. John Mayer is good, too, but he's not really jazz. Chris Botti does some amazing slow trumpet pieces, check him out.

Go to musicovery.com. You can pick the style of music including any genera. It'll start playing music like a radio and you can find great music to fit your mood that you didn't even know existed.

Amel Larrieux. Beautiful, sultry jazz, with a R&B vibe. :)
