I heard about these people saying that the world was going to end on the 6th month 6th day and in the year 2006, because so people have said "666 is the devil's number." Anyways, I was freaked out...but it didn't happen. Would you have belived them? Would you say that they are crazy people? Or just people that like to scare people over something very serious?

well techincally it was 6/6/06... the only time it was really 6/6/6 was the year/month/date 6/6/6 and it probablly wasn't even called 666... anyway remember when we were going to be in the year 2000 and everyone was like "the world is going to end. civilization as we know it is going to stop. electronics, cars, computers, and tv's will stop working" now it's the year 2007 and people are saying the world will end the year 2012... seriously what is up with people and the end of the world? the damn world will end when it does ok, and none of us will be able to stop it. and who cares if it ends we are still going to die anyway!!!!

They believed it, and you were scared it was true, so whether they were crazy or not is moot. Personally, I'm not scared of the world ending, or anything that means I stop living. It's not that I think I'll never die; it's just that I have no regrets. If it happens it's going to happen whether I freak out or not. And people that are afraid of it ending, or watch for it like hopeful puppies are not getting the point to living. It's what you do between the beginning and the end that's important not when it all stops.

People want to be able to have an explanation for everything, so when there isn't one, I guess they just make one up, even if it is kinda on the supernatural side. Personally, I didn't believe anything was going to happen on 06/06/06, but then again I'm not super religious or extremely gullible like some people might be.

6/6/2+0+0+6 = 6/6/8
Actually 666 was 6/6/2004 2+0+0+4=6 if you believe in numerology!
So see they made a big deal out of nothing! :)

First off, you have to respect others opinions. You should not call them Crazy or Stupid.If it "freaked you out" and it did not happen, then what are your worries? The last 3 numbers in my SNN is 666. Yes 'I had concern at first...but you know what,,,,I know my heart to be true.

People have said that for ever. Has it happened any of the times they've said it? NO. Because no one decides but God. Plus there just obsessed with it there just kooks. My dad listens to John Hagee who preaches about that all the time and writes books about it. Well it's good he's telling people but he shouldn't obsess about it.

i try not to listen to that stuff. i try to live my life the best i can, i dont want to know when the world is going to end. i have enough to worry about
