Morning wood has nothing to do with wet dreams - it's merely an automatic reflex of the male body. I forget the exact number, but a guy will have something like 15 erections in a typical 8 hours of sleep - just the bodies way of keeping all systems working.

As for wet dreams, they are influenced by testosterone - and sometimes by how long it's been since you've gotten off. Since you masturbate once a week - try going 10 days (or 2 weeks) and see if you're in luck.

In my past, they usually occured as part of a sex dream. I would be doing "whatever" (this varied in each dream) - and when I reached the point of orgasm in the dream, I would suddenly wake up to realize that my orgasm was REAL.

Try to imagine the most vivid sex dream you have ever had - but with the ACTUAL sensation as if you were really there doing the act in person!

I've never had one either but here is what you need to do. Stop masturbating until you do. The reason people have wet dreams is the bodies way of getting rid of the old to make way for the new sperm and fluids that are being produced. If you masturbate you are doing that anyways. depending on your age it might be a long time. I'm 33 and I tried stopping for 2 weeks and it wasn't long enough to have one. Also eating foods rich in zinc and making sure you are properly hydrated and stuff will help. There is a supplement called semenax and another called roplex that is supposed to make you generate more semen so that might speed things along.

If you can sustain from masturbating for awhile then you might can have one.
Also if you are extra horny and are having sexual thoughts before you fall asleep there is a possibility that you can have a wet dream from your high level of arousal.

Also for some reason sometimes when I've had alot of sugary drinks and snacks before I sleep i tend to have a wet dream that same night. I dont know if this will be the same for you but it works for me. weird huh.

I had a guy friend once who wanted to experience a wet dream, so he stopped masturbating. After 32 days, he finally had one. It wasn't satisfying, though, because the alarm clock went off right as he was having an orgasm.

Stop masturbating, this will cause a build up that would possibly trigger a wet dream. its just a simple fact, some guys get them while others don't.
