And one with minimal inpact on my pc. I have HP printer and all that, but I am ltrying to have as little as possible on my pc. It ran great a year ago but I think that pictures are the reason it is logged down so to speak. I also am trying to weed out the extra music files. When I try to defrag it says I don't hve enough space do I want to anyways. So any ideas or experience is helpful and appreciated.

Try finding Paint.NET. it's a free download, and although you have to install a few things, it's quite small, and has a very low impact on your PC. it has pretty much all the features of any other photoshop program.
