"0" means zero. If you meant "theta", perhaps a "t" would be a better abbreviation. Cosine of zero is very different than cosine of theta.

As for your question, the cosine function always stays between -1 and +1. It will never reach a value of 5.

The equation
cos(theta) = 5
is an incorrect equation. It cannot be true.
