I'm 31, I don't "play" with them, but I collect and there is no magical age of when a child is too old for dolls. You need to decide for yourself. If you still enjoy playing- then by all means continue. You have only one childhood. Be a child for as long as you can.

I'm 24 and I am a Toys R Us kid I believe u are never 2 old to play with Barbie. I am a collector and hey do what makes u happy, if u want 2 play then PLAY!!!!

Well i'm 15.. i don't play with them anymore.. i stopped around 11. But sometimes if i'm REALLY bored and can't get ahold of any friends and my boyfriend is at work i will set up the house and dress them all up and everything but i won't actually sit there and play with them. I haven't even done that in like a year though.. but either way i think you can never be too old for anything as long as you like doing it!!

Depends on the child. Some girls grow up/ mature faster than others. Is there really anything wrong with letting a 13 year old play with barbies? I think they should enjoy being a kid as long as possible.

I got bored with them when I was around 16 years old.( Yes im a girl using my husbands name.) Its never to old to play with dolls. My kids still ask me to play dolls with them and I do,even though I dont care for it any more . When i was younger I did get picked on by other kids and family for playing with dolls though.
