It is fake. =] I thought it was real when i first was showed it. It's very smart how they made the site. When you're typing the question, you know how they have to type one of the two options? Well, when you type a period in the beginning, the letters for you're proposal is automatically being typed while you're actually typing the answer to the question you're about to ask. And remember the " : " sign? After that, it stops the automatic typing and thats where you put the personalized question. It's quite interesting

It involves the person typing the question being in on the gag. It's used to fake out somebody you're doing it with.
As you type the petition, you first hit the period key. Then just type the answer to the question you're about to enter into the next box. You'll see each letter come up as the Peter, please answer: after you've typed a period no matter what you really enter, it will appear as the answer. After you type the answer completely, hit the period key again, and resume typing the petition. Then fill in the question. The answer will appear as you've secretly typed it. Use it to fool a friend. That's how I'm assuming you encountered the site. Therefore, it's wayy fake.

Here;s the trick....
Type a period(.) in the insert petition field. Type out the answer to the asked question and put another period (.) continue the petion as advised.End with colon:The observors would see this as you typing the whole petition.
In the question section type out the question and the answer will magically appear.

It is fake, all you do is b4 u type in the peter please answer this question or something like that, you press the period key, then type the answers 2 your question and 4 the remaining letters press period, that's how he knows all the answers.
