If they were violent offenders and continued to be violent in prison, you bet, and I think the laws have changed now, but in Jonesboro, Arkansas, some younger teenage boys shot and killed many in their school, and now that they are of legal age, they are out of prison. They were certainly old enough to know what they were doing at the time, and they certainly should have been tried as adults.

Yes!! And I think all states should have a "Three Strikes" rule for all violent offenders too...

how many times in a news article does it say the murderer had been released from a prior crime....?
