An average person sleeps 7-8 hours a night. The older you get the less sleep you need. Some people (even young ones like you) don´t need much sleep, that´s a good thing. But if you feel tired after just sleeping 4-5 hours then I suggest you must sleep more.

The US adult average is 6.4 hours of sleep every night. You should be getting a little more sleep than you are currently getting. Although everyone is different, someone your age should get at least 7- 8 hours. Sweet dreams

People are SUPPOSED to get 6-8 hours of sleep at night, but most don't. Most people get between 4-6. People do too much and don't give themselves enough time to do it, so they sleep less.

Hell no it isn't. You're not supposed to be that sleep deprived until you hit college. You need to sleep between 6-8 hours each night.

well I'm on vacation so I sleep like ten hours. btw I'm 16. seven hours seems like enough. Try sleeping more, it's healthy especially for teenagers. it helps you grow.
