When he is conduction the business of the United States he should speak only English since it is the language of this country. Bush's grammer could stand a little polishing, but by and large i understand his statements. You realize that he is a lame duck and his major criticisers are just trying to make political points. Who would they kick around if they didn't have him.

I have no problem understanding him. I read the constitution. There is no grammar requirement for President. Assuming you are an American citizen, at least 18 years old & not a convicted felon, you have the right to use whatever criteria you want to when you vote.

Look I know your looking for the perfect Bush bashing answer, but I hate to inform you that being a poor public speaker does not necessarily make one unintelligent. Yes I think the man should at least try to do something about the problem, but you're a liberal cry baby shouldn't you have more compassion for his "disability"?

your very correct. the president is our international public affairs agent and if he can't speak clearly and with conviction then we become the laughing stocks of the world and no one will really take him/us seriously.
Maybe Tony Blair should give him some lessons?
