Well apply black mascara from any drug store then use a green/blue kohl eyeliner pencil and apply it on the inside of the lower part of the outisde of the eye. Draw a fine line right above your top eye lash then use a smudger to blend it together!
and Voila .

yuck. why would you want to do this? her eyes look moldy
