U lied to me but I will help u anyway....I suggest eating healthy and exercise...walking up and down stairs help a lot too i was 40 inches around my waist but now i am 34'' i lost 6 inches in just a week so i reccomend it...it really works honest
*eat just a couple of sweets a week
*try eatig more of the baked and grilled foods becuz the fried stuff dont really help
*eat smaller poportions

check out greer childers aerobic breathing. you can get her book and do the excercises from the book. i have done this, and the results are amazingly quick and healthy, not at all hard to do, just takes some getting used to. the name of her book is be a loser...for real...great book, great program. you will be amazed by the first weeks results, you just need to be faithful to the program..
