Use Microsoft Defender and/or Spybot Search & Destroy. Also use Adaware. For a good anti-virus, use the free AVG

First off, you need to get rid of that junk. I would suggest A-Buying a cleanup program (there's tons these days, cuz many people have the same problem) or B- downloading a cleanup program. There are several, for example, at download.com. My personal suggestion would be AVG Free, a great multi-purpose program. It has a hard-drive cleaner, internet security, email scanner, anti-virus, and daily updates of its database. You can get that free at their website, free.grisoft.com It's truly a marvelous little piece of freeware. The second thing you should do is never get into this situation again. This could be solved by avoiding those dangerous sites. Ok, since that won't happen, try this: use a proxy. This is basically a site that lets you be invisible. Malware and spyware can't get through. Once again, I have a personal favorite: www.proxify.com It works like a charm. Just enter your url that you want to visit. You can use it like a normal page, just without the risk. Super sweet.
You're Welcome!

You may have heard of innocent until proven guilty, but with computers it can be the other way around. There is all this evidence, vs. you SAYING you are innocent.

Many downloads can come with spyware and malware and other trouble.

The reality is that you may be ignorant and inexperienced.
Your computer needs to have good security, good clean up tools to get rid of what is not wanted, and perhaps child proofing to protect you from stuff where you lack the maturity to judge for yourself.

Ask a parent to accompany you to computer stores to shop around for a security upgrade for your PC. They ought to pay for what is reasonable, and help you with the installation.
