Hillary can lie better than the other two put together.
WMD- In 2002, CIA director George Tenet (a Clinton appointee) was asked by Mr. Bush point blank about Saddam's WMD. Mr. Tenet replied that it was a "slam-dunk". Now, if you are the President, and the director of the CIA tells you WMD exist and you do not act on it, what in God's name would happen to your credibility when Iraq levels Chicago with a nuclear weapon? Sorry, but if anyone is the blame for this invasion, blame Bill Clinton. Facts are that this war started during Clinton Administration, and they had all documentations and proof of wmd's. Clinton even had a few buildings destroyed there, to bring nation attention away from his impeachment hearings. So , it was true from 1998 and after Clinton left office, or the Clinton's did there usual set some one up for the fall act, like pass it on to Bush Administration, then cry wolf, hoping people would be dumb enough to put another Clinton in the white, maybe. This way they could resume their corruption against the American people. Simple as that.

Obviously you either have a short memory or you would remember, Hillary is and was a war hawk, and during the Clinton years she wanted to bomb everybody, didn't care who, just bomb them. Nobody had to lie to her about anything, although neither Bill Clinton of George Bush will ever go down in history as being truthful about any subject.
The only diference is Clinton's lies didn't result in the loss of so many lives as Bush's tall tales, not so much of our resources and tax money.
