How does the driver/ host of "Cash Cab" know all of those questions and answers?... They show him asking the questions without even looking at anything, sometimes he even looks out the window as he asks the questions...Does he memorize them or something?

I've wondered that same thing!
I assume that he has an earpiece as well as some kind of monitor. How he safely drives in the city while he is listening, talking and reading is far beyond me.
