I connect to the internet using wireless on my laptop through a Belkin router. I recently fixed my desktop computer and I want to go online on it also.

My problem is when I sign online on one computer it would disconnect me on the other.
(My computer has a Wireless USB Belkin adapter so it connects to my router)

So, how do I sign online using 2 computers at once.

Right now, im using the laptop, if I sign on the net using the PC, i will disconnect here.

Thanks in advance

Since you log into AOL you can only use the AOL account on one computer at a time, that is only because you use AOL.

You could get a second account for your other computer or maybe AOL has an extra-account feature.

You could dump AOL for a regular ISP or switch to cable and you wouldn't have this problem. You won't get all the flashy AOL crap when you start up anymore but oh well.

Use a router. Thats it. All the information is in the manual. You could have 5 computers online at once if you liked. Just go through the book and make sure you've set everything up just like it says.

You can try to set up either your laptop or your desktop as an Internet server (proxy server) which will act as a server for other computer to connect to the Internet. Try search the Internet for detail on how to set up a proxy server.
