I am so frustrated i keep getting this e-mail from this site how do i block their emails?

show med instructions on how to do it on yahoo I have a yahoo email address!! I really need help with this..

When you receive, don't open the email and double click on "Spam". Or if you have opened the email, copy the email address and open "options", open your mail options and type in the address to block the email.
