Russel Peters. He's from my town and he doesn't constantly make racial remarks that even I find offensive. Chapelle seems fixated on using certain words which are not funny..and that's a shame because he has a wicked sense of humor at times. Peters uses his experiences in a balanced commentary...he makes fun of everyone, especially himself and his own family.
