I see that you're having a tough time on this one. Or are you actually having fun?
Well, for me, I guess I wouldn't have traded my silver lining for a silver tongue in the first place. Even if words do get you places, as some would say, I wouldn't want to exchange my only means of escape from dark times simply for the gift of eloquence. That would be a gamble I am not willing to chance.
Are you saying that with the silver tongue in possession, I might be able to have both, after all? Use my silver tongue to regain my silver lining? Hmm...Well, that would be something, wouldn’t it? But that sounds almost like cheating, when you would exchange something of important value with mere words? Is morality a question here as well?
A provocative question. Confusing, but good, nonetheless. And I know I didn't really answer it. Alas, I do not possess a silver tongue...
