A night light does not contain volts. A volt is a force, a 'push' on electrons in a wire. The difference in voltage between the two contacts of an electrical socket is what pushes electrons through the wire (and through the light bulb). The standard electrical socket has a 110-volt difference between the two contacts.

120 in the US, 240 in the UK. Other parts of the world can be either.

It does not matter if it is a TV or a night light the voltage is the same. What is different is the required watts.

the voltages people stated are for the wallplugs. nightlights usualyl come with an adapter, they are low intensity, and the adapters would mostlikely convert the wallsockters 110/240 (us/eur) to either 6, 12 or 24volts. this would differ per manufacterer, and maybe even per product type. some nightlights might even work on batteries around 3volt.

i still dont understand why people care about volts...(unless they are an electrician.) volts is meerly the difference of potential: the push. AMPERAGE is the amount of electricity that actually flows through a given point(amps are what kills you not volts)

110-120, same as any other lightbulb. The lower wattage makes the night light dimmer. Nightlights by the way can suppress the body's production of meletonin, which has been linked to cancer, especially breast cancer.
