I'm no nature expert so I don't know what kind of bird I'm dealing with but it has THE MOST ANNOYING call I've ever heard, and it does it ALL day long. It sounds like a cat in a fight, like a loud "WAAAA" or "REAAA" over and over again. It never makes any sort of whistle or song, just "WAAAAA wAAAA wAAAA" .. (its doing it right now and I wanna shoot myself in the face) anyways, its a little dark grey / black bird with no distinguishing marks about it and it pretty much hangs out in my backyard. I need to know how to make it go away without killing it, which might be an option if someone can't help me. I even have a cat, but she doesn't seem to care much for chasing birds and the bird isn't scared of her at all. Someone please give me some advice

It's not a crow, its a tiny bird, like sparrow size. I was just in the backyard and saw that there are 2 now. I chased them around with a hose for like 20 minutes, but they just keep going to another branch or tree in the area. If they breed, does that mean there will be more of these bastards in my yard? If so, the bb gun solution is happening NOW

They may be nesting, but put your bb gun away. Birds are, thankfully, protected by law, and you can't go around shooting them just because you find them annoying.

Go the rubber snake, plastic owl, kid's pinwheels, reflective metalic streamers waving in the air route. They are just as effective as the bb gun, and a lot less likely to land you in jail or see you paying a substantial fine.

Too small for a mockingbird or crow . No idea what it is, but it sounds like it may be trying to attract a mate. Birds will often chirp their heads off when looking for a nest mate.

Oh I had an similar component ensue to me. I felt so undesirable inspite of the indisputable fact that it replaced right into a uncommon fowl and this replaced into contained in the Eighteen Eighties and that i might want to no longer replace it no matter if i'd have got here upon that kind of fowl

You can buy an owl decoy and place it on a fence, antenna, or in a tree. Other smaller birds will stay away from this.

It sounds like a crow, if it is a large bird.

They eat dead things and like gardens.

Scarecrows are traditional, but they don;t like niose either. Firecrackers and such may teach them to leave

I recommend a Super-Soaker. If you blast the bird with water a few times, it will probably take the hint.
