Depends on the occassion. If it is casual, than yes it is, and actually very stylish. As long as it is not a worn out T-shirt, but more like a T-shirt from Express for Men or Gap, or a store like that.

Actually - depite people making fun of it being 80's - that look is coming back! I don't think that everyone can carry the look off - but if you can, go for it. It is perfectly acceptable!
