Loosing a lot of blood is quite common in most women and your getting older so as your body changes your periods will change to. If your getting cramps then you should drink plenty of water you could try and drink sugared water. heat up the water and add some sugar stir well then drink it. Because you are having a heavy period take some iron tablets and when you are able to move about a bit more and not in pain take plenty of exercise because this will ease the cramps a hell of alott.
Good luck babes, and if it doesnt ease or get any better then see your doctor you'll be fine though hun. x x x x

~Sometimes when you run by a different schedule than your body may be used to your stomach is off and doesn't feel like eating. Also, when it gets really hot i don't feel like eating either, and if it's hot in Pakistan than you probably aren't very hungry. Stick to liquid type foods like jello, pudding, and other Indian foods that have juice or liquid in them. Then slowly start to eat bigger and more solid foods like meals. Right now I think you're stomach is just really messed up and wants a break. Be easy on it and it will feel better in a few days. ~For the weak part I'd try to find a daily medication (where you are) that has vitaims containing calcium, Iron, and anything good for your bones. Drink as much milk as you can because that's really good for your bones. ~For your period take Motrin, Aleve, or any type of pain medication like Tylenol that will help you not feel so youcky with your period. hang in there and you'll be fine. ~Start from there and if you need more help contact me...You know how :)

This is a typical month for me. I'm considering going back on the pill to get some relief (it's supposed to help from what I've heard) even though I cannot have children anymore. Ask your mom or guardian to schedule an appt at the OB/GYN and get your check-up. That's no fun but it's not as bad as you might think. They will know what's best for you! In the meantime, take Motrin or Tylenol to help with the pain. Use a heating pad on the low setting. NEVER take anything with aspirin! Hope you're feeling better soon!

It's because of the body losing blood. When we lose blood especially if it's a lot we can become weak. The way to help counteract some of this is to up the level of iron you take in during this time. You do it by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).
If you are having an issue with cramping the upping the iron levels can help with that (tried this myself and it worked well).
If you find that it is making it hard for you to function on a daily basis during that time then this needs to be evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.

well it is prolly b/c you are losing too much blood but i think you should go to a doctor b/c if it is going on 4 a longer time than usual then maybe going to a doctor is a good idea. also try to take iron pills b/c you usually lose iron when you're on your period and it can make you weak. i would also try to keep eating but if you can't then atleast eat a light snack, like fruit. also i would try to get some rest. i hope you feel better! =)

When I feel that way I always Take two Arthritic strength Tylenol and go eat an 8oz. Ribeye because the meat will replenish the nutrients your lacking due to the blood loss and that usually helps me; however you and your Mom should call the doc. and go see him maybe you need birth control to regulate your cycle which helps with the excessive bleeding too.

Try taking an iron pill. Sometimes the period can cause a little anemia. You're starting to get a little older so your period can change. If it gets really bad see a doctor.

Well if you're on it for longer than normal there must be a reason and the blood loss is probably why you're so weak. Ask your mom to call the doctor and ask about it.
