You probably have carpal tunnel syndrome. I had it really bad about a year ago from being on the computer too much. You should get a carpal tunnel brace (you can find them at the grocery store) and wear it while you are on the computer or doing anything with your wrist or fingers. Also, keep off the computer for a week or two while your arm is healing.

It could just be muscle cramping. Sometimes you're body lets you know its tired by cramping of the muscles. Then again, I have read that a pain in your arm could be a sign of a heart attack. Now dont let me worry you. It's probably not that, just keep an eye on it. If you feel dissy or sick, consult a doctor. Pains in the chest? Consult a doctor immediatly.

I know what its called. its called carpuletunnel. I don't know how to spell it. it is a pulled tenden caused by repetative motion. my freind at work had this from his job. check the spelling. Since I only heard it from him at work. and did not read it. you will need to rest that hand. The best you can for as often as you can for at least a month. the doctor would put an elastic thing on it for 6 weeks. if not do surgery.
