I heard there may be only one way..."The Super bomb!" Just like before perhaps another "D Day" is necessary and start over. But I heard this time the next "Super bomb" may be equal to that of a trillion tons of TNT!

You want an opinion here it is:
1. Terror is an idea therefore cannot be stopped you might as well ask: How should freewill be stopped?
2. Because terror is an idea you can't have a war against it. I've commented on a similar question: If you can declare war on an idea then I'm going to create a paradox and declare war on war.
3. Assuming you mean how can the "radicals" be stopped, remember that even Americans have practiced terrorism before (can anyone say Boston Tea Party, Bay of Pigs, or even the day to day espionage and sabbotage our country does but nobody knows about or acknowledges which trust me happen because we don't train SEALs to fight on the front lines) so who's to say that we aren't radicals for our own cause.
4. Many of the people over there aren't necessarily terrorists who are shooting at our uniforms, some just truly despise Americans and don't want us meddling in their affairs, which nobody can tell me that they'd want anyone invading their homes telling them the way they should do things.
5. Much of this reminds me of the Cold War (though I didn't live during it) where Soviet Russia was trying to convert the entire world to communism. It seems that now that they're no longer a super power, we are bent on ensuring that another such conflict doesn't arise by forcing the world (beginning with the politically weak middle East) into democracy. In my opinion it's the best form of government, but maybe someone else doesn't. Forcing my ideas on that person is fundamentally un-American, they have to come to it on their own terms.
I think I'm done now, however those thinking I hate America, the opposite is true. I love this country so much that I'm currently serving in the Navy to DEFEND our views not force them on others. I hold the original ideas of our forefathers near to my heart, that all men are created (though I'm an atheist) equally and all ideas are valid points of view not to be eradicated but to embraced and used to learn from. Is there anyone out there who still believes this with me or am I going to have to bring this idea back by myself?

Remember that John Travolta movie where he said that we have to make the consequences for an attack on America so unthinkable that it will be a deterrant? They kill one of us, we kill 100 or 1000 of them, they bomb a bus station, we destroy a city, etc, etc. Someone in an above post said that the "good guy act won't cut it anymore." They're right. This is real life. Good guys don't always win.

Let all of our sympathetic Americans who care so much about the terrorist go and preach their liberal views to them. Maybe they'll kill themselves and take those whiners with them, since they want to be friends with the terrorist and feel so sorry for them and everything.
Sometimes you have to stop terror with terror. Sometimes that's how certain folks get the point loud and clear. It would really stop if you took the top dogs out of commission. But we have all these whiners in Government who don't think it's fair or just to torture or hurt terrorist but it's okay for them to cut off Americans heads, and committee brutal acts of torture on their on American people.

terrorism will not be stopped until those that support and participate in terrorism learn to fear the might of the American military when they learn that democrats/liberals will no longer support them and allow the U.S. military to destroy them regardless of how many willing human shields they use and democrats/liberals become more concerned for the life of an American soldier over that of a muslim then terrorism will end for nations and people will be destroyed if they kill one American but democrats/liberals hate Americans so it will never end!

I agree with jxt. An organization like Isael has had. This is a totally different kind of warfare and it needs a different approach. That's not to say that the ME shouldn't be cleaned up with Afgan and Iraq. But short of taking care of the main problem, the Iran problem, it needs to go underground.

You need to get together a really good intelligence team, actual Arabs who speak the language and know the culture and can blend in. And for whatever reason (maybe they like the US, maybe they get paid a lot) they tell our side who and where the terrorists are, and then special death squads kill them one by one. I don't think its the kind of job that the army could or should do, a special branch needs to be created. And I am very sorry it needs to be done, the idea of the US having professional death squads turns my stomach, but it does seem to be necessary, unfortunately.

Well here's a question my dad asked me and I couldn't explain it. World War II had some of the most brutal fighting and attrocities but most of the combatants have made peace and progressing. How come the Palestianians haven't or the Arabs haven't made peace with Israel?
Forgiveness is the first step.
