I would generally go with number 3, but we are talking RAW here, so...number 2 seems the most plausible answer at this time
1 is true too...maybe all of the answers are viable, and not mutually exclusive

I don't know why, but I keep thinking he'll be RAW's Kane-like monster. I still think that his best run was in a tag team with Chris Masters, even with the foot-fetish angle.
