That's true. I gave them the gift of their life time. I made them feel proud of me by marrying the person whom they asked me to.

That seems very scary & insensible but still I cannot go against this in our family as our culture includes arranged marriage. I just kept praying & trusted that they'd always choose the best for me. And to be sure enough it is.

For my mom the very precious gift I have given her is that I manage to pass all the examinations till now. And now finally I am a graduate. The next precious gift I can give her is that of getting a good job in a good firm. For my dad the precious gift I have given him is that to do as less mistakes as possible, and not to bother him with those mistakes, because then he has to face others to sort out those mistakes

They can acquire much better things than we buy. But respect, love and real warm smile all the time are the best PRECIOUS gifts any one can offer, and this is what they expect to get. Always meet the needs.

for their anniversary i gave them a movie dvd with our pictures, i began putting their pictures when they met and so on with all the kids, then we put some music in the background that really told them how special they are to us, we put some poems, quotes, backgrounds and special effects!

we sent the pictures to a company called shock events, they were the only company that took the time to make it as personalized as we wanted. all the other companies just put the pictures on a slide show and maybe put some music on... nothing that what this company did.. i mean they put butterflies flying around some of the pictures (my mom loves butterflies)
email them, maybe they can do something really cool for you.
shockevents@yahoo.com or info@shockeventsmiami,com
ask them to send you a Demo DVD where you can see what they do and some sample videos.. its a keepsake that will be with you guys forever and its very special. My parents watched it sooo many times, they cried they laughed, they still watch it from time to time!

ohh and tell them that Andrea told you about it, they are my friends and i'll make sure they'll give you a discount!

I don't think I have yet given the best gift to my parents.

The Best Gift is yet to come.

But yes, I have won their trust and I listen to them unconditionally everytime.
I think this is most important.
