Methylene blue will not hurt anything in your tank, except any fungus or ick.

Now, copper on the other hand, will kill your snails even at minute amounts, ppm.

Nope, not a problem. Methylene blue is ok for snails

It has low toxicity but best used as a fungal “preventive” measure. Commonly used to help protect fish eggs during incubation. The reason I would not use it is because it is not effective as such for anything much. Very old concept and nearly outdated.

Why not try Melafix and Pimafix for whatever the reason you want to treat your tank ?

It will not hurt your snails but at the same time I would advice you not to use Meth Blue.

Melafix and Pimafix is better and it smells nice too!
