Without a doubt since it is the only US Army in the world. It is also the best Army in the world. They may not be the best police force, but that wasn't their training, either. El Quida is no army. It is an organized bunch of thugs and murders who adhere to no military rules of engagement. It does't take much military training (just brain washing) to tie a bomb to yourself and blow up a group of people, most of them innocents. Same for flying planes into buildings. Do You even know what their objectives are except to destroy Western Civilization. Those people have made no progress in the last 14 centuries.

Cuba it has resisted the U.S. without ever leaving Cuba, China, Russia, or combined forces of European Union. not best but most numerous like U.S. it is said quantity has a quality of it's own. U.S army was defeated in Vietnam like the French army. i think no army is the best in the world. i think either an army which is not an army The Salvation Army is the best. there are soldiers from it in the UN and as the U.S. is part of it has technically two armies and a third Nato, so the U.S. has three armies one not so good at peacekeeping and leads the third. They qualify since they were US funded and trained and since they still haven't been caught despite having far less resources and manpower, they clearly are doing a better job that the official US Army.

I believe our troops are the very best, most courageous in the world. But, they are ill-equipped, poorly trained, and have the most incompetent leadership. Military 'brass' are more concerned with their own careers than they are the well-being and success of our troops. Our Commander-In-Chief is a pathetic joke who has no business leading men into combat for any reason, particularly for such an insane, unconstitutional, illegal, unjustifiable, immoral cause. G.W. Bush could be compared to the likes of Stalin, Hitler, Amin and Hussein except for one noticeable difference: they all had leadership skills. Bush is a village idiot. I salute our troops in Iraq and wish them Godspeed; hopefully, in 2009 we'll have a President and a Congress with enough fortitude and integrity to put an end to this corrupt war profiteering initiated by a madman who believes it's part of his family's dynasty to be great 'warriors'.
