i just done a preg test about 20 mins ago and the time frame to read the test is 10 mins so i kept an eye on the ten mins and in the 9th minute it turned positive.... is this a real positive result as i took tests yesterday and they came up positive but after the time frame

Yes, it does sound like you are pregnant. The 10 minutes is only the amount of time it COULD take to give you a reading. Yours is coming up a positive before the 10 minutes are up so you are a positive. If you are still uncertain, go to your Dr and get a blood test as some women turn out "funny" with urine tests no matter if they are pregnant or not. They are relatively cheap at Planned Parenthood if you do not want to spen the money for an office visit at your Dr. But, if you did go to your regular Dr and it comes up positive he/she can give you some leads on an OB/GYN while you are there and get you started on some pre-natal vitamins.

Most tests ARE 10 minutes. If the positive was within that time you ARE pregnant.

If it turns positive within 10 minutes, then it's positive. Anything past 10 minutes is not a real positive, it's invalid at that point.

Being that late I would think a positive would show up right away. I would confirm your positive at a clinic or a doctors office. But just so you know, false positives are virtually non-existant.

what test did you get. i have never heard of a 10 min test..
usually the max in 5 mins..but more commenly 3 mins...
if you followed the directions coorectly then it sounds like it

i would say yes but if ur still in doubt go to the dr and have them do a test for u so that u know for sure.

I think your pregnant but you should go to the doctor bc they can do another test and be able to tell you if you are.

I suggest you get a digital test. That way you don't have to worry about Evaporation lines. :) Good luck!
