By "inverse of Sine 45", I'll assume you mean

1 / Sin(45 degrees)

which equals

sqrt(2).

Set your TI-86 to degree mode (not radian mode), then enter the following:

1/sin(45)

and press Enter.

Your terminology needs help.
The range of the sine function is [-1,1], so the domain of the inverse funtion must also be [-1,1].
Thus arcsine 45 is not defined.
I think you mean to ask: What point represents a 45 degree angle?
Any point on the line y=x will yield a 45 degree angle.
