I am a traditional pagan witch, not a wican. E-mail me for more info, k.
Why is this in the M&F instead of R&S? Are you afraid of ridicule?

You can be both a Wiccan and a witch, these two words are not the same
One of the biggest sore points among Wiccans is the improper usage of the terms "Wiccan" and "Witch". Too many people use the terms interchangably, presuming that they both mean the same thing. They do not.
Wiccan
Wicca is a religion, and someone who follows that religion is called a Wiccan. Sometimes it can be difficult to accurately define Wicca, and not all Wiccans will define themselves the same way. Observing the 8 Wiccan Sabbats, honoring the Gods and/or Goddesses, creating sacred space for rituals, to name a few. Many traditional Wiccans also feel that belonging to a coven is also a requirement and that those who practice their religion as a solitary, should not refer to themselves as Wiccan. Personally, I'm still not sure on that point. Typical Wiccans also practice magick, and therefore are also witches. You cannot be a "natural Wiccan" any more than you could be a "natural Christian".
Witch
The practice of witchcraft is not associated with any religion, therefore you can be a witch and yet also be a member of any number of religions (or none). Using the natural energies within yourself, along with the energies of herbs, stones or other elements to make changes around you is considered witchcraft. Though the skills and gifts that are part of witchcraft can be inherited from parents or grandparents, you aren't automatically a witch just because your grandmother may have been one. The use of magick takes practice, experience and learning. On a side note, a male witch is called a witch, not a warlock.
Pagan
While I'm explaining terminology, I thought I would throw in "Pagan" as well. Paganism refers to a variety of non-Christian/Jewish/ Islamic religions that are usually polytheistic and are often nature-based. Wicca is only one Pagan religion, but there are others such as Santeria, Asatru, or Shamanism. Many people do not necessarily identify with a specific religion, and just use the broad term "Pagan" to define their spiritual path. Pagan religions are distinct and separate from each other, and it should not be assumed that they are just different names for the same faith.

Wicca is a specific religion. If you practice that religion, you are a Wiccan. Since you have no knowledge of that religion, I think it's safe to say that you're not a Wiccan.
Witchcraft the practice of magic. If you practice magic, you can be considered a witch. If you don't practice magic, you aren't considered to be a witch.
There are many different psychic abilities that people have. Having a psychic ability does not mean that you practice the religion of Wicca. Nor does it automatically mean that you are practicing witchcraft. It means simply that you have psychic ability--and that's a good enough thing in itself.
Everyone has access to energy and the ability to cultivate psychic abilities. It's harder for some and easier for others, but it's always a skill that can be learned.

You could be telekentic. Depending on what your abilities are. This doesn't necessarily mean you're a witch or wiccan. Witchcraft and Wicca are different paths. Wicca is a religion. Witchcraft is a craft. Not a religion. Many like to incorporate the two together, which causes PLENTY of confusion.

Making things happen with your mind does not necessarily mean you are a witch or wiccan. It could mean that you are gifted or psychic . You say you are young, so my suggestion would be to read all you can on wicca and witchcraft and also on psychic phenomenon and spiritual gifts. You will know when the time is right, what you are to be and why . Dont rush it, all things worth having are worth waiting for !

You doing things with your mind. I have been doing those things since I was a small child.
You discovered lifeforce energy (the chinese call ch'i. Hawai'ians call mana, India and Tibet calls it prana. Cherokee Indians called it nuwati, etc.
Every culture around the world has discovered that force, and have harnessed it to do all kinds of things.
It just is, and is your birthright.
The Wicca religion uses this force in their magick.
Kahunas like me use this force in our magic.
Indians use this force to make it rain. help the crops grow healthy, etc.
Asia uses this force in their martial arts, etc.
Just because you can do things with your mind does not make you a witch, wicca, or anything of the sort. It means you are a human being like the rest of us.
Wicca is a religion, Being a kahuna for me is spirituality or a religion.
I would recommend for you noy pigeon hole yourself into a certain ideas just yet. I would recommend for you to examine several different religions, then follow the one that answers more of your spiritual questions.

Never heard of any "test" to tell, but if you want to learn more a about it, the books by Gerina Dunwich or Cunninham would be a good starting place. If you do decide this is the way you want to go, there are some good site to learn more. Also see if you have a New Age shop in your area, they can help you find any supplies needed, some offer classes too.
Don't know if this is any help to you or not but hope it is.

Wicca is a religion created by Gerald Gardner in the 1950s.
A witch is a person that controls their life and environment through spells and magick.
So my guess is neither applies to you.
Do some research on the internet about them both if you want to find out more information.

witchcraft is real,..and it is of the devil and satan contrary to the convent(ional) belief,..i have delved in many arts and crafts to come to the realization that witchcraft and sorceries will take one down the path to destruction,..they can claim to be earthy this and peaceful that but you will see the hatred towards a true communist christianity(pause for outrage),..tolerate this; read i timothy 4:1, ii timothy 3:1, 4:1, titus 1:2, hebrews 5: 6, i peter 4:6,..these verses are from the bible, kjv, the living word of god,..oh by the way, for all witches reading this, do not think witches are the only craft/religion that cares for the earth,..god created the heavens and the earth and if one would do an etymology back to the hebrew and greek, one will find biological and agricultural foundations,..yeshua died for you little one, so he would not have to live w/o you,..read genisis 1 then john 1 and then go to the aforelisted verses,..then i can let you know about a book witches do not want nonwitches to read,..i trust you will meet yeshua, he is the truth,..
i e a e,..
