Can you transition into a higher level degree from an Associates degree in Radiology?

I want to get my Associates of Applied Science degree as a Radiologic Technologist or Radiographer then transition into a higher level degree. Is this possible? What other degrees are there and how long do they take to obtain?

You could also major in Health Administration.
