Face it, on average, the woman expects more from her man than she expects of herself. I suppose that there is a time when the children are very young that this can go the other way, but otherwise it's usually as I've stated. If a man is being unfair or unreasonable in his perspective, she'll point it out in an argumentative way. But, if he even hints that she's being unfair or unreasonable,......he'll be in the doghouse. Her 60 hour week being a stay at home Mom MUST be more stressful than his 45 hour week in corporate America, even though she counts having coffee with her friends as work...because the kids are along. I think this is mostly because boys mothers (but also fathers) teach them this is just the way it is. What do you think?

It goes back to emotional arguments vs. logical arguments.
Men learn pretty quickly that it doesn't matter what you feel the work needs to get done.

Feelings are indicators of how you feel, but not the truth.

Women seem to think that what they feel out ways the facts of a situation.

You may feel you are right, but I feel you are wrong.
Neither can be proven right with an emotional argument.
Emotions are just extreme opinions and opinions worthless when compared to fact and logic.

Accountability is a logical process not an emotional one.
Since women side with emotion they ignore logic and hence accountability.

I don't think it is a problem with accountability, it is just the confusion married couples with children experience because the roles of men and women are sort of mushed together in a grey area....today's man cooks, today's woman changes the oil in the car.....

However I DO agree that some housewives ***** way way too much, I mean cmon they HAD to know what spending their days with screaming kids would be????

True story, I was getting my new eyeglasses and this housewife/mother was complaining because it was sooo hard to find meal rimmed glasses for her son because he is playing Ben Franklin in the school play. I told her "yeah try doing that and working 40 hours a week" ...shut her up for good and gave the receptionist at the doctor a good laugh LOL!

Umm sorry to tell you this...but there are more than 60 hours in the week...a mothers job is 24/7!!! And you can't say ...well the kids are sleeping part of that time... Mothers are awaken alot during the night..if its just to check on her babies(i am a mother and I have a 4yr. old and a 4 month old)...It sounds like you are having a problem with your wife and are trying to find someone to be there for you to "cry on their shoulder". Yes there are bitches of wives out there, but you need to first look at what all a mother has to do everyday with no monetary supplement. And she should be respectable for you too...its a give and take situation.. The best advise I could give you is put yourself in her shoes, and see how far you can walk in them (so-to speak)

Poor dear! Who ever generally surmised this for you, is so dead wrong! First of all, not all women have an accountability problem. We do accept and can work circles around men, and don't have to nag about it. There are some men who feel they are only to come home and take out the trash and the wife does all the rest of taking care of the family. Men have a hard time being wrong; yet some can handle criticism...others seem to think like you.

Check yourself, before you find yourself, ALONE!
