Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy, or Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. I am looking forward to SSBB the most, myself. And STFU and don't answer if you are gonna say "THE WII IS TEH SUXZORS AND IS 4 LITTLE KIDS!" Also, don't bring Halo 3 into this.

Nice way to end your question! I like that. I'm gonna be different here and say Metroid. The Metroid Prime series has proven to be more than a game, but an experience- I always get really sucked in with every installment- I've beaten the first one twice and the second one once. Very good games indeed, and I can't wait to try out a FPS with the Wiimote! That's going to be so much fun! I love Mario, and I plan on buying the other 2 games as well, but I'm looking forward to Metroid the most.

Definately SSBB, because I hate the Metroid Prime series and I was too disappointed by Super Mario Sunshine to look forward to Super Mario Galaxy.
