Can someone explain to me why the Dodger's outfielders can't get a ball to second, or catch for that matter! Especialy Juan Pierre. Oh and why have Gonzo and Pierre both missed the ball twice b/c they didn't call it so they both ran right past it. I LOVE THE DODGERS! But what is going on?

The Juan Pierre signing was one of the offseason's worst moves, and many of us saw that at the time. The Dodgers should be embarrassed that they threw $45 million at a poor fielder with no arm, and a guy who barely gets on base 30% of the time (and shame on Grady Little for always batting him in the one or two spot). Gonzalez may be having some problems in the field, but at least he still has a live bat.

The Dodgers have a great pitching staff, but that might not be enough. No regular is hitting .300, and they have absolutely no power as a team.

I soon realized when Pierre was with the Cubs that he had no arm. A medium fly ball with a man on third and less than 2 outs was a guaranteed run. It is the center fielders job to run the outfield. Do we miss Pierre in Chicago?

Dodgers defense has a history of being laughable.
For some reason, they just can't field the ball properly, no matter who they put on their team.

I was noticing Pierre has a little head during last night's game. Maybe his hat is too big and he can't see the ball.
