Hello beautiful Amanda. It was a gorgeous day here in AZ., especially when the sun is coming up. It is the perfect time to run. It has been so cool the last couple of days that you would never know it was the desert - it's beautiful.

well, its pretty outside alright, but when its 95 degrees, i personally think its too hot without air conditioning!
