For the wired decorations, check out www.orientaltrading.com and go their Christmas dept. I don't know where to get the wreaths and garlands at this time of year. If you can wait, buy them after Christmas to save big bucks. Check out thrift stores in your area if you really need to have something now. Some thrift stores often have out-of-season items on sale, while others have those things put away for next year. They may be able to get them out for you if you phone ahead and ask nicely.

The best thing for you to do is to get a trader's license, that way you can purchase what you want wholesale. Here's a wholesale site to look at to see if that's what you are interested in. Note: Oriental trading does NOT sell what you are looking for. They do sell a garland sometimes, but no wreaths and picks. You should also look at the second site. They are not truly wholesale, but they are inexpensive.

Have you tried the Panduro website?

Not sure if they have what you need, but they certainly have a varied stock
