A. First let me apologies for the way some of the people in here are treating you. This sort of harassment is unfortunately typical of uneducated, loving Christians. It seems that anyone willing to post in here needs to be ready to face the fact that the Christians have ALL the answers we will ever need and KNOW the one true path to paradise.
B. I’m sorry you feel you need to hide who you are from your parents. It really blows that in this day-and-age kids still feel they need to keep such things from there friends and family. Coming out, especially to parents, is never going to be easy I think. Parents invest a lot of their own emotional baggage into who they think you are, and into YOUR fulfilling THEIR dreams in life. So the truth hearts them… But the longer the lie is allowed to go unchallenged the MORE your family will have invested in their dream
C. Get a padded bra and some foam bra pads (You can get them in the sewing section of Wal-Mart
D. Find a good counselor to talk to. Preferably someone with a good background in gender dysphoriea.
E. I really don’t have the information I need to Wright any further advice for you on this… I’m assuming you are living with your parents and less than 18 years old. IF that’s the case you might consider one of your high school counselors as someone to talk to about this. IF you live in a metropolitan enough area your school may also have a Gay Strait Alliance that may be of help as well. IF you live in a major metropolitan area there will also be a trans-teen group somewhere in town.
F. IF you are older and at collage try the LGBT union on campus.
G. IF finances are an issue… you can TRY the public health system. But the truth is they are NOT likely to have anyone that knows what they’re doing.
H. You can also try looking up a good TG group in IRC to talk to about this issue. Avoid the he|| out of the channels with the word s*x in the title. All they are is geeks looking to hook up.
In the long run, and if in fact you are TG, all I can really do is wish you better luck than most of your pears.

It will not be an easy thing to do, they will find things... So if you do have things you may want to include a note saying, Now that you found this we need to talk.

Now for the second question. Breast and how to make them. Can you spend a couple bucks. If so get some cheap hose at the dollar store, and a bag of rice. You snip the hose so they are not to long or short. Fill them with seed and use twisties to tie them off. Once you get the size you want you remove the twisties and tied a knot. That will keep it shut and also creating nipples.

There is also the baloon with water, they will giggle... but they can pop so be careful.

Hiding and sneaking around isn't a good idea.

Boobs don't make girls. If you really want to dress more femininely then just do it. You don't have to go extreme. You can wear girl cut t-shirts. You can wear girl shirts. You can let your hair grow and fix it femininely.

Do you want to be a drag queen or feminine?

Avoid drastic measures at this point in your life. You should ease into any changes you desire.

NOW the parent thing: Easing into cross-dressing will help your parents deal with you. It's not easy. It's really hard on them, and you to deal with all the feelings swarming around in your house.

Sneaking around will only cause a lot more hurt. You will likely more hurt than anyone. Don't sneak around.

Don't fling yourself into the most extreme thing at first. This is a big deal, and should be treated as such. You should find out what are the advantages and disadvantages. You should also not mislead any boy about your gender. Talk about getting hurt.... that will get you killed.

Think what your parents would do if you were beat up, seriously injured or killed because you were sneaking around dressed in drag. It's not worth that pain.

If you really feel in your heart that you are a feminine person, then you and your family should seek counseling. You'll find a lot of love where you thought was none. You may need to compromise with your parents until you are an adult who can support himself, but that's okay, if the love and acceptance can be there.

i stumbled on my son had women's clothing in his drawer these days and that i presumed he replaced into having intercourse so I approached him to communicate. i'm cool with it, and chuffed he and that i'm able to proportion this (interior of his convenience zone). notwithstanding he has in no way wearing front of me. generally at nighttime, whilst actually everyone seems to be settled, he is going into his room, shuts the door and changes. He generally performs on his PS3 or is analyzing something like that. BUT.... to answer you're question, just wear a bra and fill it out with sox, or something not so lumpy (fabric baby ball or something)
