They do need a GM. I think it ought to be Shane. Heyman got fired because he and Vince had creative differences. Ratings were low under the Heyman regime, Now its a high rated show.

No doubt about it....Paul Heyman should be GM of ECW. He's the one who started the whole ECW thing...he should be the one to run it.
