Well, hypothetically speaking, if women, who for the purpose of answering this question shall be referred to as hoes, give birth to boys and girls, and boys grow up to be pimps, then I suppose the hoe came first.

i would say the hoe b/c she must have made the "pimp" mad, to become a pimp in the first place so that way he can run the hoe(s) LOL :)
