We would like to just get married by the courthouse, but they are closed on the weekend. Where can we go to get married on the weekend, but have it just as easy as going to the courthouse here in Florida?

Anywhere in Florida, except the courthouse! Any minister, priest, rabbi, mullah, etc. can marry you on weekends, and so can a justice of the peace, captain of a ship and a judge. You just need to make the right connection, but there are a thousand different ways.

Vegas, of course or you can invite a Justice of the Peace to your home. Or, you can have a friend get ordained online and use that as your person and then you could get married on the beach or something.

I live in Memphis and we were married at 6pm by 'The Preacher'. He drives a horse and buggy and so collected us from our hotel, took us to our chosen park and married us at sunset. Very nice, he had a 'just married' sign on the back of the buggy and it was simple yet great. Good luck anyway.
