Experts' boards I've seen have him anywhere from pick 19 to pick 31. I'd say if you're high on him and he's still there in the 3rd round, go ahead. Anything after the 3rd round and I think you'll be getting a steal with him. He should work quite well in the Bill's offense, and will be especially valuable in PPR leagues.

depending on the size of the league, i would say around rounds 4 or 5.
