Saw my aunt on the night she died standing in the doorway of my bedroom, and she died in a hospital 600kms away. She was just standing there smiling, so I guess that's not scary.
One of my ex's and I were attacked by some kind of spirit one night, it actually left bruises on her leg and my ankle (they were finger mark impressions) that lasted over a month!
I took us creating a psychic 'shockwave' as I call it to get rid of it.

We're all "spirits" in one form or another. Getting stuck or not can be scary for any one "seeing that spirit". I have had alot of strange "experiences" & I have been scared to death alot. But this past episode was really weird. My Mom died on thanksgiving morning, I had to move...then suddenly, my phones (home & cell) started ringing constantly. The phone Co. sent someone out to check the lines, nothing, everything was okay. unplugged my extension, then it too started to ring..it wasn't even plugged in! in fact, it was in the basement in a closet. The phone Co, sent another guy out, he asked if I lost someone recently, the phone rang at that moment, we both answered it..& it was pure static. he said.."enjoy the communication", most people don't get that. & I have for the past 2 years! Now my lights & TV's & phones go on & off right before there is a tradegy or an illness. And I thank God everyday for keepng my Mom so close to me.

Ghosts are considered the spirit 'stuck' in the world and not progressed to the light. Having an experience is to get into their frustrations of not being heard or acknowledged.

When I was in the 7th grade (many many years ago) I was sitting across the tale from my aunt and her bedroom doorway was in front of me and to the side of her. I saw what I took to be a man walk across the doorway (it had no door). I asked my aunt who else was there and she said no one. I searched her closet, under her bed, the bathroom, everywhere and found no one. I later discovered that a man had died in the house (shortly before my family bought it) but I did not not know that at the time.

I have many spirit stories, including friends, mother-in-law, and dog who visit and like to hide things or ring our cell phones. If you want to hear more, IM me.
