It is illegal to kill them. But you can destroy their nest and that will make them move away. There are professionals that do this.

Crows are extremely difficult to deal with. They are intelligent, wily and fearless and will eat almost anything. I always think of Alfred Hitchcock's movie "The Birds." If you have not seen it, do so asap. Anyway, try hanging an aluminum pan from a string so that it swings and that will scare them. A lot of people say that actual scarecrow really work. Good luck.

Turn up the stereo and get used to them. They are probably smarter than most of us. Well certainly smarter than those guys who say you should shoot them.
Crows are oviraptors ( eat other birds eggs) so plant lots of dense thorny bushes so that the song birds have a chance of survival.
All part of life's rich tapestry.....
