I think I'm going to hibernate till September and they all go back to school

I take it you mean all the teenagers that have popped up form no-where. Yes it's weird answering kids, I prefer a more mature approach to life myself.

I had two of them dart out from between two parked car without looking on my way home ,I almost hit them, The neighborhood was so quiet up until now....but try to look on the positive side....for at least the next few months you wont have any of them coming to your door selling stuff for band or the soccer team or to raise money for the things the school used to pay for.

End of exams, all bored in the house or around the place. I'm with you mate, Yes, let's hibernate until September.

I had to sub in a junior high school for the last week with a bunch of 12-14 year olds. It was awful.

It could be worse,(couldn't it? lol )
At least these are the older kids that have just finished G.C.S.Es, (or as Delboy would say,"GCEs" lol)O Levels,etc.The younger ones are still in school til the end of July.
I don't mind the school hols,it means I don't have to get up at 7.30 5 mornings a week ,lol.

You're lucky there's no year-round schooling options there (I hope, at least). Then, they'd alternate those month-long holidays and at any point in the year, they'll be roaming about.
