AVG is a good one worked for me for over 3 years can be downloaded at grisoft.com

Google offers a nice, free pack of software that includes both an antivirus and an antispyware scanner. I had good luck cleaning up my computer and bringing it back to life using these tools. Plus, you can trust it since it comes from Google and not some no-name software company.

try using virgin media antivirus. its gd. is has: antivirus, firewall, popup blocker, anti spyware, identity theft protection and parental control. u can get this all for free on the internet. the exact website is: http://www.virginmedia.com/customers/pcg...
