I don't know a single animal that cuts its hair or needs to. Shedding yes, but cutting, no.

My brother needs a haircut on his BACK! He's hairy like a mucking funky!. And he's starting to look like his dog as like these people ::

im pretty sure if you dont make sure your dog gets a cut once a year or so its going to have a hard time being able to find its way about- lol!

Actually, no.
Dogs get groomed and thier fur is often get.
Example -
My aunt has a Maltese and when she gets him groomed,
He gets a haircut.
Interesting, isn't it?
