Judd Nelson made the joke up on the fly. John Hughes told him to tell the dirtiest joke he could, and that's what he came up with. There's absolutely no punchline.

Sorry Joey idk! I don't usually answer like this..BUT this is the only way I can talk to you!! : )

Alright let's see what we can do here....
[to himself, crawling above some acoustic ceiling tiles]
Bender: Naked blonde walks into a bar with a poodle under one arm, and a two-foot salami under the other. The bartender says, I guess you won't be needing a drink. Naked lady says...
[the ceiling gives way]
Bender: Oh, ****
Ok! Since there isn't supposed to be an ending I will try and make one up for my Joey!! Haha, this should be fun! *smiles* Ok sooo naked lady says....uh...ok she says....*blushes* crap I'm bad at this....well I will think of one eventually I just know it!!....... *hug*

There was no punchline.

The whole joke was ad-libbed. lol

Supposedly, he was supposed to tell a joke that ended when he got the library and said "forget my pencil". But no one came up with a joke for the punchline.

Ya, know. That is one of my favorite movies and I could never figure that out. I like the way Bender jingles when he walks. :]
